The adult life of president George W. Bush is told through the prism of director Oliver Stone in “W”. Josh Brolin takes on the role of playing the real life commander in chief and Elizabeth Banks plays the first lady. The film details the struggles Bush faced as the son of a president and his ascension to the same position and the decision making process leading up to the invasion of Iraq. “W” is rated PG-13.
An entirely different way of coping with loss is told in “The Secret Life Of Bees”. Dakota fanning plays a young girl haunted by the loss of her mother
and trying to escape a bad relationship with her father. She, and her caretaker, find refuge and insight in a small southern town with a trio of bee-keeping sisters. “The Secret Life Of Bees” is rated PG-13.
The quest to lose his virginity becomes a cross country journey for a young man in “Sex Drive”. Josh Zuckerman enlists the help of friends as he embarks on this trek to meet a supposed scorching babe he’s met on the internet. Of course, if the trip went as planned, there’d be no fun, so count on a multitude of problems. “Sex Drive” is rated R.
