North Charleston Police are investigating an early morning shooting that sent one person to the hospital. The shooting happened in the 2200 block of Fillmore Street.
Police say two men were involved an argument when shots were fired. The victim was taken to MUSC with mulitple gunshot wounds. His condition was not immediately available.
19-year-old Joseph Johnson fled the scene and was later arrested in the area of Dutton Street. Johnson is charged with
North Charleston Police are investigating an early morning shooting that happened in the 2200 block of Fillmore Street. According to initial reports, two male subjects were involved in a verbal altercation that ended in shots fired. The victim was transported to MUSC with multiple gunshot wounds.
The suspect, 19 year old Joseph Johnson, fled the scene and was arrested a short time later in the area of Dutton Street. Johnson is charged with Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill.
