Breaking News: Two shot outside Citadel Mall

Police confirm that two people were shot outside the Citadel Mall JC Penney shortly before 2 pm; they say there are two cars involved and that one of them has several bullet holes.
No life-threatening injuries have been reported and one of the victims ran to nearby Hampton Pointe Apartments on Sam Rittenberg Blvd.
