The North Charleston police department just sent News 2 this photo. It is similar to the hand of a man who robbed the First Citizen’s Bank in the Oakridge plaza.
The suspect is a black male, 18-30 years old. He is approximately 5’3” to 5’6” in height and average build. He has skin pigment disorder Vitiligo on the left hand similar to the photo.
