The city of North Charleston will announce plans for a development that will bring thousands of jobs to the Lowcountry.
North Charleston says it has plans to build the larges commercial develop ever in the state, triple the size of the Center Point development where the Tanger Outlets are located.
The Center Point Development created more than 2,000 jobs.
According to the Charleston Regional Business journal, the new monstrous development will be located around Ashley Phosphate and I-26.
The city is keeping tight lipped about the project until Tuesday’s official announcement at 1:00 p.m.
