Receivers coach Dabo Swinney (SWEE’nee) becomes the interim
coach of the 3-3 Tigers, who are just off a 12-7 loss to Wake
Forest.
Bowden was in his 10th season at Clemson before he met Monday
with athletic director Terry Don Phillips and the two agreed he
should step aside.
