60-year-old killed in auto-pedestrian accident on James Island

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) - The Charleston County Coroner's Office has released the identity of the person killed in an auto-pedestrian accident on James Island.

According to Deputy Coroner Anita Hasert, the victim is 60-year-old Joseph Dudley. The Charleston resident died at the scene of the accident

Just before 7 p.m. on February 20, deputies responded to an auto-pedestrian fatality in the 900 block of Folly Road on James Island.

Investigators said Dudley was crossing the roadway when he was struck by two vehicles - a Hyundai and a Chevrolet.
