Police searching for suspect in MUSC library theft

CHARLESTON, SC -
Thursday evening police were called to the MUSC Education Center/Library for the report of theft of personal property.
When police arrived the victim said that his black bookbag had been stolen with an i-Pad, Bose headphones, Apple Mac Book and an Apple computer charger along with a few other items. The victim told officers the bookbag had been taken from his workstation desk while he went out to dinner.
A witness told police that he noticed a black female pick up the bookbag and leave the library around 7:30 p.m. Video surveillance cameras also captured images of the suspect leaving the library.
The victim later notified police that he had recovered the bookbag in the library but all items were missing.
