Dorchester county drug bust nets 574.2 grams of marijuana

On Friday, March 22nd, the Dorchester County/Summerville Metro Narcotics Unit concluded a 4 month investigation into illegal drug sales in the Greenhurst Subdivision. This investigation was initiated by numerous citizen complaints from the neighborhood.

In response, detectives conducted numerous controlled purchases of illegal drugs, and executed a total of 4 search warrants on 4 separate residences, which were the results of undercover purchases of marijuana, cocaine, and prescription pills.

The search warrants netted a total of 574.2 grams of marijuana, 45.4 grams of cocaine, 6.5 grams of heroin, 10.4 grams of crack cocaine, 56 pills of ecstasy, a .40 caliber Berretta pistol, and a .40 caliber Keltec submachine gun.

Anthony Jackson was arrested, charged with 4 counts of distribution of marijuana, distribution of a controlled substance, PWID marijuana, PWID ecstasy, PWID cocaine base, trafficking heroin and trafficking cocaine.

Elbert Aiken is charged with distribution of marijuana.

Julius Evans is charged with 3 counts of distribution of marijuana, 2 counts of distribution of cocaine base, unlawful conduct towards a child, PWID cocaine base, PWID cocaine and PWID marijuana.

James Lewis is charged with PWID marijuana, PWID ecstasy, PWID cocaine Base, trafficking heroin and trafficking cocaine.

Kevin Fogel is charged with PWID marijuana, PWID ecstasy, PWID cocaine base, trafficking heroin and trafficking cocaine.

Gregory Glenn is charged with PWID marijuana, PWID ecstasy, PWID cocaine base, trafficking heroin and trafficking cocaine.

Jonathan Guess is charged with PWID cocaine base, PWID cocaine and PWID marijuana.

Anthony Price is charged with PWID marijuana within 1/2 mile of a school.

Lourince Larue Ladson Jr, charged with distribution of marijuana and Tyriek Jackima Wise, charged with 3 counts of distribution of marijuana and 2 counts of distribution of cocaine base are still outstanding and are currently wanted.
