Colleton County deputies bust Cottageville meth lab

A tip on a wanted burglary suspect nets Colleton County a meth lab.

Deputies were led to a home on Augusta Highway in Cottageville on reports that a burglary suspect may be hiding there.

When they arrived, they not only found their suspect but several items used in the making of meth, along with the drug itself.

The investigation is still ongoing and charges against the three people found at the home are likely to be filed tomorrow.
