Two arrested in Ladson charged with trafficking meth

BERKELEY COUNTY, SC -

Wednesday the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office arrested two people on drug related charges after a search warrant uncovered drugs and meth manufacturing components.

During the search agents located the items used to manufacture methamphetamine along with approximately 14 gross grams of a white powder substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine, approximately 2.3 gross grams of marijuana,  12 dosage units of LSD "Acid" and 46 Xanax pills.

David Eugene Cauthen and Terri Goldman Wooten were arrested and are being held at  the Hill-Finklea Detention awaiting bond hearings.

They are charged with trafficking meth,  distribution near a school, possession of a schedule four narcotic and possession of LSD.  In addition, Cauthen is also charged with manufacturing meth.
