Chantal continues to weaken

As of the 5PM advisory, the National Hurricane Center had down graded Chantal to a tropical wave. The center of circulation has dissipated and she is now just a remnant low. The tropical wave is moving to the west at 23 mph.

The remnant wave, will move over Jamaica and Cuba tonight and tomorrow.  The models are taking several tracks with the left of moisture but several of them are bringing the rain into northern Florida all the way up the South Carolina coast.
