Some streets blocked after downtown Charleston flooding, person rescued

Heavy rain Sunday afternoon, once again caused flooding in downtown Charleston. Police issued a warning to motorists to avoid the Market area, the Crosstown and President Street because of flooding.

Police erected several barricades in the area. At least one woman had to be rescued from her car.
