Posted: Updated:
GREENVILLE, N.C. -

It's a huge sale that only comes around twice a year and it's happening this weekend, just in time for back-to-school shopping.  The Lil Pirate Exchange is a children's consignment sale featuring quality, gently-used items at bargain prices.  It's this weekend, Friday July 26- Sunday July 28 at the Greenville Convention Center.

There's no entrance fee to come and shop the sales!

Here's what you can expect to see at the Lil Pirate Exchange: clothing and shoes for babies through teens, toys, games, books, sporting goods, accessories, equipment, furniture and décor.

You can also give back to community while taking advantage of all the bargain shopping this weekend.

Friday's "Fill the Food Bank" sale will benefit the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC.  Bring two cans of food with you to the Convention Center and get in at 9a.m., an hour before the doors open to the public.

Saturday's sale is dedicated to "Support Our Schools" and Backpack Pals.

On Sunday, X marks the spot.  Most consignors will offer 50% off on their items.

Sale hours:

Friday, July 26: 10a.m.-7p.m. (bring 2 cans of food, get in at 10 a.m.)

Saturday, July 28, 10a.m.-7p.m.

Sunday, July 29, 11a.m.-7p.m. (bring 2 cans of food, get in at 10 a.m.)
