One-car accident backs up James Island Connector

Police say a one-car accident backed-up the James Island Connector heading into downtown Sunday afternoon.

Traffic is backed-up past Harbor View Road. Around 3:30 Sunday afternoon, the scene is starting to clear, with the tow truck leaving the accident.

News 2 viewers reported vehicles driving against traffic on the bridge to avoid the standstill.
