CHARLESTON, SC -

The Tea Party Express has rolled into Charleston and the chairwoman is South Carolina U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham and other lawmakers to agree to a pledge opposing any federal spending bill including funding for the federal health care bill.

Amy Kremer addressed a news conference attended by about a dozen people Thursday. Republican U.S. Senate candidates Republican U.S. Senate candidate Nancy Mace and Anderson businessman Richard Cash also spoke. Those two as well as state Sen. Lee Bright of Roebuck are opposing Graham in next year's GOP U.S. Senate primary.

Graham's office says the senator is a co-sponsor of a measure in the U.S. Senate to defund the federal health care law.
