Sheriff sends deputies to Oklahoma in Baby Veronica case

Charleston County sheriff Al Cannon says that the department sent deputies and an agent with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) to Oklahoma for the Baby Veronica case.

The law officials left South Carolina Wednesday and according to Cannon they were deployed for coming court dates concerning Baby Veronica. Cannon could not go into further detail about those court dates.

SLED officials could not confirm that an agent was deployed.
