Authorities say a 60-year-old woman has been killed after a wreck involving a broken down car and two other vehicles.

Troopers said the wreck happened Saturday night on U.S. Highway 521 north of Kershaw.

The Lancaster County Coroner's Office says Dorothy Miller was outside of the broken down car when she was struck and killed.

Authorities say an 82-year-old passenger involved in the wreck was taken to the hospital.

The Highway Patrol says a white pickup truck involved in the wreck left the scene and has not been found.

A special team of troopers is investigating the wreck and trying to determine exactly what happened.
