EUFAULA, Ala. -

A man is dead tonight in what is being called a police-related shooting in Eufaula.

Barbour County Coroner Sidney Chapman, Jr. told News 3 Cameron Massey, 26, was pronounced dead at Medical Center Barbour at 5:20 p.m. ct. Chapman has an Eufaula address but has been living in Columbus, WRBL media partner The Ledger-Enquirer reports.

Chapman says he believes the shooting happened on the north side of Eufaula just inside the city limits near One Stop 431 Wrecker Service.

This is the third death investigation in Barbour County since Friday. Investigators with the sheriff's department have been an arrest in a fatal house fire that occurred Monday. They have been seeking a suspect in a Friday fatal home invasion.
