Registration Opens for Anderson Veterans Parade Participants

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. -

The Anderson Veterans Day parade will go on as planned, but now they need people to sign up to participate.

Registration is now open for anyone wanting to take part in the 2013 Veterans Day parade on Sunday, November 10th. Click here to download the registration form and get more information about the parade.

Earlier this month, the Anderson County Veterans Association threatened to cancel the event due to a lack of volunteers. However, word of the possible cancellation spread through town and 50 people showed up to a community meeting to support moving forward with plans for the event.
