I-26 ramp to Hwy 17-A cleared following overturned truck

State troopers have cleared the wreck on the exit ramp to Hwy 17-A in Summerville (199-A).

A food service truck overturned early this morning as it attempted to exit I-26E to make a delivery along 17-A.

The driver escaped with a couple of cuts and bruises, but will be ok.

Traffic is back to normal.

    One person is in the hospital, following an early morning shooting in North Charleston. Charleston County Dispatch confirms to News 2 that a call to them, came in at 2:20 am on Tuesday. North Charleston emergency units responded to the area of Chestnut Street near Hottinger Avenue. One person was transported to a local hospital.
