DETAILS: This is an opportunity to be on-court with the superstars of tennis! The Family Circle Cup recruits more than 200 adults and juniors, ages 11 & up, for its Ball Crew, offering unique access to matches and players.

The Ball Crew Volunteers are a very important part of the Family Circle Cup. Players and officials rely on the Ball Crew to keep the flow of the match going. Whether you're a "rookie" or a "veteran," all Ball Crew Volunteers go through training and practice in order to be fully prepared when matches begin!

Ball Crew Requirements:

  • Attendance at an informational meeting for Ball Crew members, held at 1pm on Saturday, January 25th at the Family Circle Stadium
  • Weekly Ball Crew training sessions, held at the tennis center every Saturday from January 25th - March 22nd and Friday, March 28th. 
  • Availability the week of the Family Circle Cup: March 29th – April 6th.
