One dead after home invasion in North Charleston

At 9:20pm Charleston County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to 7432 Tedder Street in North Charleston. Officers found one shooting victim when they arrived. One person was shot to death on Wednesday after what is being investigated as a home invasion.

At 9:20pm Charleston County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to 7432 Tedder Street in North Charleston. Officers found one shooting victim when they arrived.

The name of the victim has not yet been released.

Detectives say the victim is 25-year-old Dominique Ladson and are currently working this incident as a home invasion and fatal shooting.
