The time has come to decide who you will be in 2014.
So what's a resolution you can stick to?
Not a diet, according to one survey.
More than a thousand adults nationwide were interviewed by phone from December 16th to the 19th for a survey that showed nearly 40% of people completely dismissed the possibility of going on a diet after the holidays. While 23% said they would likely diet.
Instead, people in Charleston tell News 2 their resolutions are more about taking on new habits instead of eliminating something.
"I'm going to become more organized and incorporate more technology in my business," Robert Dunn said.
"To go to be earlier," Joy Gerardi said, "It will benefit me in many ways."
