North Charleston police searching for indecent exposure suspect

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC - North Charleston police are looking for a juvenile male suspect who reportedly exposed himself to a woman at Starbucks.

Police say on Friday, January 10, the victim went to the Starbucks at 5060 International Boulevard for a work meeting. She was sitting with her coworkers at a corner table when the suspect came in.

The suspect smiled and sat down at a nearby table where he eavesdropped on the victim's conversation.

The victim caught the suspect looking at her and made direct eye contact. The victim told police this went on for 15 minutes.

Police say that the victim went to the bathroom and saw the suspect's exposed genitals. That's when the victim had employees call the police.

The suspect left in a black pickup that records show is registered to a sex offender.
