Georgetown County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher Upshaw, 25, of Chamblee, Georgia and charged him with criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

Deputies responded to a complaint at Luther Court in Murrells Inlet that a minor under the age of 16, had been violated by an adult sometime last year.  Apparently Upshaw was a friend of the family.  The suspects girlfriend reportedly discovered dozens of naked pictures and a sex video on Upshaw's cell phone and computer.

The victim admitted having sex with the suspect, and also sending pictures, but reportedly said she was coerced and intimidated into having sex when she was around 15 to 16 years old.

Upshaw  is being held at Georgetown County Detention Center.
