Police use "taser" on naked man walking down Myrtle Beach street, report says

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) - Myrtle Beach police officers arrested a man Wednesday afternoon after witnessing a naked man walking down a city street.

According to a police report, Yevgeniy Aleksandrov Dyachkin, , 21, of Myrtle Beach was spotted walking down Beaver Road near Rogers Drive around 6:15 p.m. without clothes on.

Officers ordered him to place his hands behind his back, but he refused. Dyachkin then grabbed his penis and began to masturbate in front of several residents in the area, the report said.

Officers were forced to use a taser in order to subdue Dyachkin.  He was then placed into custody and taken the Myrtle Beach City Jail.

Dyachkin is charged with
Indecent Exposure, the report said.
