4 arrested and 2 wanted in Berkeley County drug cases

BERKELEY COUNTY, SC - The Drug Enforcement Unit of the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office has issued arrest warrants for two suspects and arrested four others following the execution of search warrants at four different locations around the county on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.

An arrest warrant has been issued, as a result of a previous controlled purchase, for David John Davies (44), who was not present during the search on Wednesday at 102 Iron Rd. Summerville, on a charge of Distribution of Heroin.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for Deandris Dmario Jenkins (31) of 1147 Deerberry Rd. Hanahan after deputies discovered a green, plant like material throughout the residence that field tested positive for marijuana.  The warrant charges Jenkins with Distribution of Marijuana.

Berkeley County Sheriff’s Captain Mike Williams said search warrants were also executed at 110 Carriage Lane in the Summerville area and 1218 Redbank Rd Unit 3 in the Goose Creek Area resulting in the arrest of four suspects.

Demar Bacon (28) of North Charleston was charged with possession of cocaine, obstruction of justice and simple possession of marijuana.

Irving Smith (31) of Goose Creek is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of stolen property and simple possession of marijuana.

Pierre King (31) of Hanahan is charged with simple possession of marijuana.

Joshua Allan Fisher (18) of Summerville is charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and two counts of distribution of marijuana after agents made two controlled purchases at the Carriage Lane address.
