SCE&G caps natural gas leak near Archdale community

CHARLESTON, SC - Monday morning emergency services responded to a natural gas leak near the Archdale community that created limited access to Archdale Boulevard at Dorchester Road. 

SCE&G has capped the leak but it is not fully repaired.

Dorchester County Sheriff's Office is coordinating with SCDOT to get a sign and barricade up on Dorchester Rd since the inbound lane will be closed at Archdale Blvd - traffic into Archdale will be detoured into Parkshire.
