WELDON, N.C. -

Investigators arrested a second suspect Thursday in the killing of a Weldon teen that led to the retaliation slaying of a 2-year-old girl.

Halifax County Sheriff's Office said 19-year-old Dalonte Bradley was arrested at his home Thursday morning and charged with first-degree murder in the Aug. 4 killing of 15-year-old Keyuon Garner.

Deputies say three people were shot at the 11th street and Maple extension in Weldon around 9 p.m. on Aug. 4. Garner died as a result of his injuries, while the other two -- a 17- and a 20-year-old -- were treated and released from a medical facility in Roanoke Rapids.

On Aug. 7, Samaj Tojuan Clanton, 19, of Garysburg, turned himself in without incident on charges related to Garner's death. He was also charged with two counts of attempted murder in the shootings of the 17- and 20-year-olds.

Deputies are still looking for a third suspect, Teddy Anderson Jr., of Weldon, in Garner's death. Anderson should be considered armed and dangerous, authorities said.

Three hours after Garner's shooting, deputies say four people angry about the teen's death shot at a home in Weldon, killing 2-year-old Du'yanna Anderson and wounding her grandmother, Catherine Price.

Larry Price, the grandmother's husband, said the family was sleeping when he woke up to three gun shots. Price said the shots came through the window and his wife was hit at least three or four times, including in the face.

"I didn't know my wife was shot -- there was so much blood," Price said. "She got shot in the face, she got shot in the arm and the leg a couple ... I didn't know she was shot that many times."

Price said Du'yanna was in their bed and was hit by the gunfire.

He said Du'yanna's mother, Tina Point, is his adopted daughter. Price believes Point was hanging around 11th Street when the other shooting took occurred.

He said he believes Point may have gotten into an argument with someone who then followed his adopted daughter home.

Jamonte Moody, 19, of Roanoke Rapids; Semaj Short, 17, of Roanoke Rapids; William David Cook, 21, of Roanoke Rapids; and Victor Mallory, 21, of Weldon have been charged in Du'yanna's death.

Deputies said Anderson is Du'yanna's uncle.
