Mark Morgan joined WCBD as Sports Director in July of 2021.

No stranger to the Charleston market, he previously worked as a sports reporter in the Lowcountry during the 80s and early 90s.

The University of Kentucky graduate has worked for major broadcasting companies, like CNN as a national sports correspondent of out New York City, and an NBA sidelines reporter for some cable channels.

Morgan has hosted college football and basketball programs on Sirius XM Radio and covered major sporting events like the World Series, Super Bowl, college football playoff games and more.
