CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Heart disease is the number one killer of women. That’s why the American Heart Association is hoping mothers, sisters, and friends will come together to raise awareness next week during the Go Red Luncheon.

The annual luncheon is in support of Go Red for Women, a national initiative from the American Heart Association to raise awareness of heart disease & stroke as the number one killer of women.
