CHARLESTON, SC (WCBD) – The Citadel held a special ceremony to honor former President H.W. Bush on this National Day of Mourning, which included the tolling of the bells.
The program began at noon with the customary 94 tolls of the bourdon bell – one for each year of the former president’s life.
