2021 Charleston St. Patrick’s Day Parade cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The 2021 Charleston St. Patrick’s Day Parade is cancelled, organizers announced over the weekend.

The cancellation is to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Officials say, although it’s canceled this year, they plan on continuing the yearly event in 2022.
