Man sentenced to 25 years in 2017 shooting

Abner Rodriquez Irizarry will spend the next 25 years in jail after pleading guilty to manslaughter Tuesday in Charleston County.

Charleston, SC Abner Rodriguez Irizarry and Eddie Quinones-Feliciano were charged with murder, attempted murder and a weapons charge for a shooting that happened near the corner of Townsend Drive and Midland Park Road in late March 2017.

The victims, Paul Glover and his girlfriend, Michelle Osorio, were shot in the head.  Osorio had serious injuries, but she is alive. Glover died at the hospital days later.

Glover was a brother, a son and the father of three daughters, according to family members.

According to an affidavit, Osorio told investigators that she was involved in an altercation with the shooters earlier in the evening.

Eddie Quinones-Feliciano’s case is pending.
