USC requiring COVID-19 testing before returning to campus

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCBD) – The University of South Carolina is now requiring COVID-19 testing for all students and faculty before they are able to return to the campus.

In an email to parents, President Bob Caslen wrote the school does still plan to require face masks on campus.
