CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A person was taken to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in downtown Charleston on Thursday afternoon.
The auto/pedestrian crash happened on Saint Philip Street.
Officials with the Charleston Police Department said the pedestrian was taken to a local hospital with injuries.
The surrounding roads are closed to traffic.
