On August 16, 2018, members of North Charleston police departments Narcotics Unit along with SWAT and the SPEED Team executed a search warrant at 1831 Pastor Ave. as a part of an ongoing investigation.
When they went inside, four adults were detained and a juvenile was removed from the residence. During the search of the home and vehicles, Narcotic Detectives found several bags containing heroin, totaling 5.5 grams, a street value $1,900, 145 grams of marijuana worth $1,500, 9 Ecstacy pills worth $225 and other pills.
The following arrests were made:
Javante Jontel Felder, of Pastor Ave., was charged with Trafficking Heroin, PWID Marijuana, Poss. of MDMA (Ecstacy), Poss. of a Firearm during Commission of a Violent Crime, Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child.

Iesha Ortiz, of Pastor Ave., was charged with Trafficking Heroin, PWID Marijuana, Poss. of MDMA (Ecstacy), Poss. of a Firearm during Commission of a Violent Crime, Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child.

Derrell Lawrence Felder Jr., of Pastor Ave., was charged with Trafficking Heroin, PWID Marijuana, Poss. of MDMA (Ecstacy), Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child

Cheyenne Crystal Colwell, of Pastor Ave., was charged with Trafficking Heroin, PWID Marijuana, Poss. of MDMA (Ecstacy), Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child
