All lanes reopen following head-on collision that shut down portions of Ashley Phosphate

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) –  Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a head-on collision on Ashley Phosphate Road near the entrance of Stall High School.

Public Information Officer Spencer Pryor stated that four people were transported for treatment.

Authorities stated that traffic lanes heading towards Cross County Road are closed at this time. Motorists should avoid the area, if possible.
