NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — A family of baby ducks is back with their mom thanks to emergency personnel.
The North Charleston Fire Department, North Charleston Animal Control, and Charleston International Airport maintenance team made the rescue!
According to a social media post, the baby ducks fell through a storm drain cover near the airport’s cell phone waiting lot.
“Thankfully all 8 babies were rescued and reunited with mom,” officials said on social media. “Now those are lucky ducks.”
