BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCBD) – Funeral arrangements have been made for Berkeley County’s former supervisor who passed away Wednesday at the age of 77.
A celebration of Jim Rozier’s life will be held Saturday, February 9th at Moncks Corner United Methodist Church (106 Church Street) at 10:00 a.m.
Inurnment will be held at Mepkin Abbey Columbarium at a later date, according to an announcement on J. Henry Stuhr’s website.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at J. Henry Stuhr’s Northwoods Chapel (2180 Greenridge Road).
In celebration of his life and legacy, Jim’s wishes were for those in attendance to proudly wear their team colors to both services, the announcement said.
Rozier was a proud announcer for the Berkley High School Stag’s football games for many years.
In lieu of flowers, his family is asking that you make a donation to either the Lord Berkeley Conservation Trust, Mepkin Abbey or the Moncks Corner United Methodists Church.
