BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A vehicle registered to the City of Isle of Palms was involved in a secondary crash on Highway 41 early Thursday morning.
Officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer that was involved in a separate deadly crash in the Huger area.
The Isle of Palms city employee suffered minor injuries.
