BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCBD) – No matter how hard you try to hide it, Berkeley County deputies say they will find out if you plan on selling drugs in the county.

“Pack your bags, you’ll be moving to 300 California Avenue,” said a department spokesperson on Facebook Tuesday.

Deputies on Monday conducted a traffic stop on a silver-in-color Scion – as they approached the vehicle, the passenger, later identified as 41-year-old Amberlynn Dawn Ducharme, was observed trying to conceal a meth pipe in her groin area.

They say the crystal-like substance inside of the pipe field-tested positive for Methamphetamine.

The driver of the vehicle, 48-year-old Donna Rennie Milligan, was identified as living at a home with Ducharme – of which deputies say received multiple tips about possible drug activity at the same address on Frankie Lane.

Milligan was arrested for driving without a driver’s license. Ducharme was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

Because of the tips, a search warrant was drafted and executed for the home on Frankie Lane. During the search, 14.4 grams of Methamphetamine and 5 grams of marijuana was recovered.

After the findings, both Milligan Ducharme were charged with trafficking meth and simple possession of marijuana
