WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston Police Department is investigating an early morning collision that left one person dead, according to Public Information Officer Charles Francis.
The collision happened at approximately 1:30 a.m., on Magnolia Road near Sycamore Avenue in West Ashley, Francis added.
The driver ran off the roadway and struck a tree resulting in the fatal injury.
