NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) is responding to a Thursday afternoon crash on Rivers Avenue.

According to NCPD, all lanes of Rivers Ave at N.A.D. Road heading from Goose Creek into North Charleston were blocked as of 4:00 p.m. One outbound lane was blocked as well.

NCPD did not say when the road is expected to reopen.
