NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) and North Charleston Fire Department (NCFD) are responding to a Tuesday afternoon crash on Rivers Avenue.

According to NCFD, drivers should avoid the area Rivers Avenue near the I-526 on ramp as of 4:27 p.m.

Multiple vehicles were involved in the collision and minor injuries were reported. Charleston County EMS is on scene as well.
