MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – The Mount Pleasant Police Department (MPPD) on Friday responded to a collision on Highway 17.
According to MPPD, the crash happened at the intersection of Highway 17 and Oakland Market.
As of shortly after 4:30 p.m., two northbound lanes of Highway 17 were closed.
MPPD said that tow trucks were on the way, but traffic was backing up in the area.
