Red Cross assisting family after Mount Pleasant townhome fire

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – The American Red Cross is assisting a family in Mount Pleasant after a June 10 fire damaged their home on Williamson Drive.

The Mount Pleasant Fire Department reports that the fire was contained to one town home. No one was injured.

Red Cross is providing “financial assistance for immediate needs such as food, clothing, and shelter” for the five occupants of the home.
