WALTERBORO, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Thursday in Walterboro.
Officials say one person was shot and killed on Sniders Highway.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has been called in to assisting in the shooting and was asked to bring their crime scene unit.
Officials with SLED say it was not an officer-involved shooting. They are looking for a persons of interest.
