CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The daughter of Charleston Riverdogs owner Mike Veeck has died.
Rebecca Veeck was diagnosed with RP-Retinitis Pigmentosa – a condition that stole her eyesight – many years ago.
Since her diagnosis, the Charleston Riverdogs have worked hard to raise money for the Medical University of South Carolina to help fight the disease.
